We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $7 and offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more. We ship by United States Postal Service. If you’d like your merchandise shipped via another carrier, please call the store at: 860.322.3388 and we will try to accommodate you. If you’d like overnight or 2nd day shipping we will make every effort to accommodate you and we will charge for the additional shipping cost.
We make every effort to have orders that are received by 2pm Monday through Thursday shipped out the same day. Orders received Friday may be shipped Monday. We do not ship on weekends.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
We accept returns within two weeks of receipt of your order and will credit your original form of payment. We are a small company that deals in seasonal merchandise and cannot have the merchandise out of our store for longer. We hope you understand.
Items returned must be unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. The E List reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
1. Full-price items qualify for a refund to original form of payment within 14 days of purchase.
2. Sale items are a FINAL SALE may not be returned.
